Unfortunately, at this time, we do not support online payment. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Seats are reserved upon receipt of payment or credit card number (Visa or Mastercard). For advance reservations, you may choose to mail in a cheque for the ticket amount, bill it directly to your credit card (a handling fee will be applied), or use your credit card for authorization only and pay with cash at the door. You will be contacted by the Box Office within a few days of our receiving this form for further information.

Fine Print:

We will honour ticket exchanges before the performance (a $2.00 service fee will be applied). All seats are reserved. Group rates are available and will authomatically be applied for group orders of 10 or more; please email our box office for details. Fairview Library Theatre is wheelchair accessible and offers a hearing support system (advanced request recommended). Parking is free.
For online ticket orders to be honoured, please send this form before 12:00 noon on the date of your desired show.
Tickets will be available for pick up at the box office on the day of your desired performance.
There are no refunds.
